Affiliate links & outbound clicks
Snagify includes affiliate links to retailers (e.g., Amazon, Awin/Impact merchants, eBay Partner Network). When you click these links, a cookie may be set by the retailer or network to track your visit and attribute any purchase. This tracking occurs on the partner’s site under their privacy policy. We do not receive your payment information.
Sharing your data
We share personal data only with:
Service providers acting on our behalf (website hosting (e.g., IONOS), analytics (Google), email/newsletter provider [Mailerlite/Mailchimp – add when used]).
Affiliate networks/retailers when you click an outbound link (they receive your data directly; we don’t disclose it).
Data retention
Analytics events: up to 14 months in GA4 (aggregate).
Contact emails: for as long as needed to handle your enquiry, then archived/deleted.
Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe or request deletion.
Your rights (UK/EU)
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or object to processing, and withdraw consent at any time.
